I recently had the honor of speaking with American Bankruptcy Institute Editor-in-Chief Bill Rochelle about the intersection of intellectual property and bankruptcy as part of Industry Viewpoints video series. ABI.

Bill and I discussed issues ranging from the U.S. Supreme Court’s Tempnology decision on trademark licensing, to Section 365(n) of the Bankruptcy Code, to the very different issues that arise when a licensee declares bankruptcy and wishes to assume or assign an incoming IP license.
